+ "I started a one month ago and I went from 235 (no lie) to 212 and I am so excited. I can not believe how easy it is and I recommend it to all my friends ..." Nadine
+ "I began using the diet in February of 2008 in a tight size 18 weighing 230 lbs. By the end of June I was in a size 14 and down to 180 lbs. ... this last cycle I finally hit the 170 mark (top of the healthy weight for my height)! I still have 20 lbs until my goal and will continue using this diet until it is reached. Other diets may work for me as well, but I like this one because it tells me what to eat. I still can choose when to eat which meal and choose between a couple things for each meal, but basically my menu is planned. No decision on what I “should” eat to be healthy or to lose weight; it has been decided for me. I also have exercised minimally throughout this process. 1 time a week Feb – June and then took the summer off and started up again in Sept. Good luck to everyone who wants to try this! " Dawn
- "I did all 11 days and lost 7 lbs. But I felt miserable and did NOT want to have to repeat the diet every time I finished. I'm going back to my old diet even though I lost weight slower on it." Kim
+ "I am really excited about the fat loss 4 idiots diet. I am on day 3 of the second 11 day cycle. I have dropped a total of 16 lbs. I also have referred two of my friends and they are doing the diet as well – also losing weight! Never before have I been able to say “I love dieting” but I am convinced. The three cheat days give you something to look forward to. You can sample some of your favorite foods without going overboard! Love It Love It Love It!!!!!!" Kathy
+ "I started this diet on September 20, 2008. My weight was 235. I am a Caucasian male 5 feet 11 inches and 61 years old. I am also a heart stent recipient in 1999. I was taking nexium every day for reflux problems and recovering from a broken leg in 2006 as well. I needed to lose weight for a lot of reasons. I found Fat Loss for Idiots by just doing a Google search and it looked reasonable to me. Lost 10lbs first cycle. During the next few 11 day cycles the lbs came off slower, but consistently. By January I was down to 210. I let up on the diet, by that time I had changed eating habits and was still losing. Took a part time job at a hospital walking around 2 miles a day twice a week, on my maintenance rounds. As of May 6th I am down to 188. The truth is, the diet taught me how and when to eat. You can just "feel" when you need to make adjustments. If I need to I can always go back on the cycle. But I am maintaining and still losing lbs. No regular doses of nexium anymore, perfect blood pressure, leg feels better, cholesterol is 149. What else needs to be said? It should be re-named Weight Loss for Everyone... or maybe "The Peoples Diet" I lost weight and I'm not an idiot! Thanks for the diet guys and gals! " Mike
- "I was on the program for three cycles and lost about 10 lbs. I think I would have done better if I had not cheated on the diet. I guess it's just me not having the discipline to stick with it cause I'm the type who needs variety. If I have been more creative with my food preparations then maybe I would have lost more and stuck with the diet." Dana
+ "I have followed the principles and been eating meat, tuna small amount of gouda, eggs and some fruit and I have now lost 19 1/4lb and 21 1/2 inches ...it will be 7 weeks tomorrow since I started the diet plan. The best part is I have managed to get into a size 16 jeans, and from a size 22 thats put a smile on my face ..." Diane B
+ "This morning I am at 152. That was my goal and I made it. 33 lbs lost, thanks to FL4I ... I started my journey on Feb 6, 2006 and here I am Apr 25, 2006 with 33 lbs behind me ..." Jayelle
- "I decided to quit Fat Loss 4 Idiots for various reasons. The diet wasn't working for me (as most diets generally don't) as I was incapable of committing myself to it 100%. This is because I am a compulsive over-eater, therefore it is in my nature to eat regardless of hunger." Denice
